With over 14 years of professional experience practicing law. Tolulope has advised on local and international financings, acquisitions, divestments and structured finance deals across companies in the financial services, technology, manufacturing and energy sectors. She has also driven regulatory and compliance strategy for companies in the financial services, technology space and has advised on new products, business models and technology while skillfully navigating regulations.

She is committed to the growth of startups and has worked with accelerators while acting as advisor and mentors to some. She is currently the Secretary General of the Fintech Association of Nigeria.
