Segun Maleghemi is an accomplished executive with a rich background encompassing innovation, technology, and sales leadership. As the Chief Innovation Officer at Ouranos Lab, he shapes strategic innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration and elevating products for B2B partners. Prior to this, his role as Director of Incubation at Nest Technologies empowered tech startups, and his mentorship extends to ventures like Shekel, MoniAfrica, DrugStore.Ng, amongst other.

He also laid the foundational work for the Foundry, an initiative for the Nest that was responsible for training and empowering over 2000 SMEs to date.

With a strong record leading NEC's West African sales team, Segun's ability to align innovation with market needs is evident from over $65M in revenues across 14 African nations.

He holds a BSc from O.A.U Ile-Ife University and an MSc in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath. He is a mentor for the University of Bath UK, The Nest Foundry, The Tony Elumelu Foundation, LSETF, amongst others.
