Dr Segun Adaju , the Founder and Chief Energizing Officer of Consistent Energy Limited is an international expert in the field of renewable energy and the pioneer President, Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN) for 6 years. A graduate of the University of Lagos and a holder of BS (Economics) and MBA degrees with over two decades of banking experience in reputable financial institutions in Nigeria

He recently bagged a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva, Switzerland. He has attended top rated business schools including Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School, MIT/SLOAN School of Management, Frankfurt School of Management and a host of others.

Segun has provided expert and consulting services for several institutions cutting across public, private and development agencies such as Ministry of Power, Rural Electrification Agency, UNDP, World Bank, African Development Bank, SEforAll, ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, Bank of Industry, USAID, DID, FCDO, European Union, GIZ, Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility, and many others.

He is the Team Lead for renewable energy under Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NES), President, Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria. Segun was appointed by the Honourable Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning into the Technical Working Group (Power and Alternative Energy) for the development of the Medium-Term National Development Plan 2021-25 and Nigeria Agenda 2050. He is currently a Consultant with AfDB to support Lagos State in setting up a DRE Desk towards the State's ambition of 1GW distributed PV by year 2030.
